Submitting a booking through the DSC Kites website creates a pre-booking request. It does not automatically create a completed sale or guarantee fulfillment.

DSC Kites reviews the requested products, quantities, customer details, availability, and any applicable requirements before confirming the booking.

Confirmed bookings may require a 49% advance payment.

Payment is not collected automatically through the website booking form. DSC Kites will provide payment information directly after reviewing and confirming the booking.

Customers should only make payment after receiving confirmation and payment instructions directly from DSC Kites through an official contact channel.

Products displayed on the website may be available for pre-booking, but final availability can change because of production, seasonal demand, quantities, or other operational factors.

DSC Kites will confirm availability before proceeding with a booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after DSC Kites has reviewed the request and communicated confirmation to the customer.

Customers should ensure that their phone, WhatsApp, email, and city information is accurate when submitting a request.

If a customer needs to change or cancel a booking, they should contact DSC Kites as soon as possible.

Any refund or adjustment will depend on the individual booking circumstances, whether production or fulfillment has already started, payment status, and applicable requirements.

Specific payment and refund terms will be communicated before payment is accepted where necessary.

Where products, materials, sales, or fulfillment are subject to government permissions, seasonal rules, or other applicable requirements, DSC Kites will proceed only in accordance with those requirements.

A pre-booking request does not override any applicable permission or regulatory requirement.
