Confirmed bookings may require a 49% advance payment.

The website does not currently collect advance payment automatically through the pre-booking form. Payment instructions are provided directly by DSC Kites after the booking has been reviewed.

Customers should verify that payment instructions came from an official DSC Kites contact before sending any funds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, city information, selected quantities, and other details required to review their booking.

Customers should review product and booking information carefully and contact DSC Kites if anything needs to be corrected before confirmation.

The website must not be used to submit fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or deliberately false requests.

Product availability can change because of seasonal demand, production capacity, materials, quantities, or other operational circumstances.

Estimated availability or product listings should not be treated as a guarantee until DSC Kites confirms the booking.

Where fulfillment is subject to applicable permissions, rules, or seasonal requirements, fulfillment will only proceed in accordance with those requirements.

Customers who need to change or cancel a booking should contact DSC Kites as soon as possible.

Cancellation, adjustment, and refund treatment may depend on the booking circumstances, payment status, whether production or preparation has begun, and other applicable requirements.

DSC Kites intends to operate in accordance with applicable laws, government permissions, seasonal requirements, and relevant rules.

Website availability or acceptance of a pre-booking request does not override any legal, regulatory, or permission requirement that applies to a product, transaction, or fulfillment activity.

We aim to keep the DSC Kites website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSC Kites and DSC Enterprises are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability, inaccurate customer-submitted information, or misuse of the website.

Nothing in these terms limits any customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

DSC Kites branding, website design, original text, product photography, graphics, and other original material may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially reused without appropriate permission.

Customers may share links to publicly available DSC Kites website pages for ordinary personal and informational purposes.

These terms are intended to operate subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan and any relevant provincial or local requirements.
